This apartment has a spacious living room area that includes a couch, dining table, and a sunny balcony. The bedroom has two single beds and a chic decor scheme. The bathroom has a large shower unit and the same chic decor as the rest of the apartment.
When you live here, you'll be straddling two of Madrid's hottest neighborhoods, Malasaña and Chueca. Calle Gran Vía, one of Madrid's major shopping streets, is just a short walk away. The area is jam-packed with restaurants, cafés, and bars — try going for ice cream at Mistura, a popular spot for artisanal flavors. This is a fantastic apartment in the neighborhood of Chueca. New construction building. Next to Calle Fuencarral, Mercado de San Antón and Gran Vía.
What we liked the most

- The apartment comes with large plants for a nice touch of green.
