This terrific 1-bedroom apartment in Guindalera is so cool and chic that your friends will be jealous. The double bedroom is cozy, but it’s not the main feature of the apartment. That's the gorgeous, open living room. It's the perfect spot to relax or entertain, and so is the balcony, which has a small table and chairs.
Guindalera is a pleasant, residential area of Barrio de Salamanca, one of the most desirable areas of Madrid to live in. Here you'll benefit from great public transport connections, and tons of things to do nearby. This is a beautiful apartment in modern building of new construction. Next to Instituto de Empresa (IE University / IE Business School). Close to Avenida de América and easy Access to the airport.
What we liked the most
- This is a really cool, contemporary apartment, stylish through and through.
- Our Homechecker, Pepa, said she loves the bright terrace space.
- You're super well-connected here, with Avenida de America Metro station nearby - and for when the Metro doesn't take you far enough, you can use your car, because the apartment has parking available.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
