This 4th floor, 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in residential Hortaleza is a modern and stylish property perfect for an individual or couple. The 79 m² apartment has an entire wall covered in windows that provides amazing city views and lots of natural light. There is an open-plan kitchen and living room with an elegant white decor. The bedroom is located on a mezzanine floor and is spacious and cozy with a double bed.
Hortaleza is a quiet residential area, full of parks and shopping centres. If you want to live central, but out of the city hustle, this neighbourhood is perfect for you.
