What we liked the most

  • Coming out of the front door to be right in the centre of Madrid.
  • Hanging out, socialising and hosting in the large living space.
  • Keeping cool in the warm summer months thanks to the multiple A/C units in the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • Some of the spaces are quite narrow, like bedroom 3, others are very spacious though.

To pay on move in

Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.
