You will love the layout of this property. Quirky and creative in nature, this property really does have its own flair. An open plan kitchen that looks out on to the main living space, open-plan bedroom which is great for guests.

We think that you'll settle in just fine living here. The property has a warm character that is very inviting, so you will feel right at home right away.

Bedroom 3 is open plan and located above the kitchen and has a lower ceiling which isn't great for tall people.

This is a 2nd floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Calle De Atocha, Madrid. Complete with 2 bathrooms, a large living space and kitchen, you are not short of space. The interiors are stunning, well maintained and selected, and the layout and architecture of the property is what dreams are made of.

It is perfect for families, professionals- you name it, there really is something for everyone. Located right in the heart of the city centre, the property is well connected and the area is vibrant and authentic. There really is something for everyone.

What we liked the most

  • Coming out of the front door to be right in the centre of Madrid.
  • Hanging out, socialising and hosting in the large living space.
  • Keeping cool in the warm summer months thanks to the multiple A/C units in the apartment.

Things to keep in mind

  • Some of the spaces are quite narrow, like bedroom 3, others are very spacious though.
