This bright 2-bedroom apartment in Centro is perfect if you love living in the heart of the city. It’s a chic apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an equipped kitchen. The open-plan living and dining area get lots of light, and you have a wonderful terrace to enjoy on nice days.
This central location is perfect for exploring Madrid if you are new to the city - and perfect for making the most of your favourite spots if you're more familiar. There are nearby supermarkets and other useful amenities, too. This is a beautiful sunny apartment in the center of Madrid. Modern building near Puerta del Sol, Atocha, Lavapiés, Latina.
What we liked the most
- The shaded balcony space is perfect for enjoying the Madrid summer without burning.
- We love the way that the calm, familiar cream decor is livened up with splashes of colour, like the bright red nightstand, or the orange kitchen cabinets.
- Living here you are in the best position to take advantage of central Madrids gorgeous terrazas. Head out to one on a hot weekend afternoon and cool off with a tinto de verano and some tasty tapas.
- El Rastro, Madrid's famous flea-market, sets up every Sunday just around the corner. See if you can bag yourself a bargain!

- If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
