This apartment is just so homey and welcoming. Everything about this apartment is warm, from the sturdy wooden (but tasteful) furniture and the gorgeous wooden floors, to the generously sized rooms and comfortable double beds. The fully equipped kitchen is bright, white, and clean, and the bathroom is beautifully presented and spotless. The cute little terrace is the absolute cherry on top – the views are lovely!

This is the fancy part of Madrid! Fancy but with soul. This area is dotted with a plethora of restaurants, cocktail lounges, and tapas bar. It's scattered with parks and green spaces, and is super well connected to the rest of the city. With a choice of supermarkets – and all within walking distance – this location is convenient, charming, and always chic.

What we liked the most

  • The living room is lovely. As soon as we walked in, we loved it. It's just so welcoming and homey.
  • The bathroom is huge! You could seriously hold parties in there! But it's also really clean, filled with lots of natural light, and beautifully finished.
  • The terrace is lovely and the views are pleasant. We could imagine ourselves having several wines while watching the sun go down.
  • The bedrooms are really nice: roomy, beautifully and comfortably furnished, and super fresh. You will feel right at home here.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is not yet internet installed in the house, but this can be easily fixed, just something that you might need to plan and budget for.

  • There is a huge Metro complex 4 minutes walking from the apartment called Intercambiador de Avenida de América. From here, you can take Metro lines 4, 6, 7, and 9, ALSA bus routes, and lots of other bus services that run the length of the city.
  • Almost directly across the road from the property, there is another bus stop. On Principe de Vergara - Maria de Molina you can take bus routes 29 and 52.
