This 68 m², 3-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the residential district of Delicias. The apartment has exterior and interior rooms and a several balconies, so a lot of natural light comes through all around the apartment. There is a cozy living room and compact but fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher. The apartment has simple but necessary furnishings and wood flooring throughout.
On Calle Juan de Vera, you are in a great location away from the busy streets of the city center but still well-connected. You are surrounded by shops and museums, and are also a short walk to the Matadero Cultural Center. When in the mood for the lively Madrid Centro, you can easily arrive in 10 minutes by Metro.
What we liked the most
- Marcos, our Homechecker, loved the property.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 have small balconies.
- Bedroom 3 has a huge built-in wardrobe.
- You are well-connected to Madrid Centro and Madrid Río.
