This spacious 2-bedroom apartment on Calle de José María Pemán, in Carabanchel, is fully furnished and nicely decorated. The property has a comfortable living room with a sofa, a dining table, and a TV set, a fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom with bathtub and shower.
The apartment is located in Carabanchel, a budget-friendly neighborhood south of the city centre. Even though Carabanchel is a bit removed from the action, you'll still find everything you need, from supermarkets and grocery stores to shopping malls and parks to explore on sunny days.
What we liked the most
- You'll be just a couple of blocks away from Parque de San Isidro, a beautiful green space with lots of palm trees, lakes, and fountains.
- The living room has a stunning view of Madrid.
- The apartment has lovely polished wooden floors.
- There are heating units to keep you warm during winter.
