This modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is for rent on Calle del Monasterio de las Batuecas in Montecarmelo. There is a spacious living room with a sofa and table and chairs, as well as a large window to let in plenty of natural light, making this room a great place to relax. Bedroom 1 has a large window and a double bed, while Bedroom 2 has a desk and a sofa bed.

Although this apartment is a little outside the centre of Madrid you won't need to go far to find the essentials or a bite to eat. Within a 15-minute walk of this apartment you'll find a post office, supermarket and a few great restaurants.

What we liked the most

  • This apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen so you can cook up a storm.
  • There is a balcony accessible from the kitchen so you can make your morning coffee and step outside to enjoy some sunshine.
  • You'll find 2 bathrooms in this apartment so you won't need to wait to use the toilet.
