This charming 3-bedroom apartment on Calle Vargas, in Ríos Rosas is fully furnished and nicely decorated. The property has a spacious living area with stylish furnishings and a TV set, a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, and a neatly tiled bathroom with bathtub and shower. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are semi-independent and do not have doors separating them from the living area.
The apartment is located in Ríos Rosas, a chic residential neighborhood and one of Madrid's trendiest areas. You'll find plenty of cool restaurants, bars, and cafés nearby, and with the Metro you can get anywhere in the city in no time.
What we liked the most
- Hit Parque de Santander for a morning jog or simply to spend some quiet time in nature - it's only a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
- The apartment has lovely polished wooden floors.
- Heating is installed throughout to help keep you warm in winter.
- The property has a washing machine, which will save you countless trips to the laundromat.
Things to keep in mind
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 are semi-independent and do not have doors.
- Wi-Fi is not installed in this apartment, so you will need to organise this if you require it.
