Casa de lujo muy especial, espaciosa de diseño y artística. Es una casa con entrada independiente lo que te permitirá vivir en una casa en el pleno centro!. La calle es muy tranquila y está en un zona residencial en un entorno completamente seguro. El barrio de las Letras esta al lado de la puerta del sol, plaza mayor, gran via...etc. Es una de las mejores zonas para desplazarte por la ciudad andando al cualquier punto. Muy cerca del Parque del Retiro, el parque mas grande de madrid, a lado del paseo del arte con todos los museos y rodeado de los bares y restuarantes mas cools de la ciudad.
