Coqueto apartamento muy bien ubicado entre Cuzco y Plaza Castilla, El Azca, zona de oficinas, los juzgados, y al lado de la Castellana, la arteria de la ciudad. Portero físico de siete de la mañana a doce de la noche. Opción de plaza de garaje en el mismo edificio.( no incluido en el precio).

We think you might well do. Because it's bright and cheerful. And by bright, we mean bright. It has a dining table. A TV. Plus AC and a washing machine.

We think this is a great home for those looking to live outside the chaotic city centre. In a neighbourhood that feels real and authentic, not a tourist trap.

- Waking up in a bright and cheerful bedroom - that will hopefully make you bright and cheerful too.
- Exploring the hidden gems of Tetuán - this is the real Madrid.
