You’ll love the quirky decor. This is an attic level apartment and the low ceilings create a warm and snug space. The exposed wooden beams add plenty of charm.
We think it’s ideal for a couple of professionals or students. The location is one to envy, and you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to bars and restaurants.
Your top 3 reasons to rent this apartment:
- The unique decor. Polished wooden floor and exposed beams.
- AC is a must in Madrid.
- The famous El Rastro market is in your neighbourhood.
But you need to know this...
- Low ceilings mean this might not be the best apartment for the vertically gifted.
And this...
- The bedroom is very cosy indeed. It's really just a bed on a loft level, accessible via a small ladder.

This apartment is perfect for those looking to live lively and very central. La Latina is action packed and you'll never be bored. Smokers are allowed, and you can even bring a pet.
What we liked the most
- Cranking up the AC during summer – you'll be glad you have it.
- Shopping for leather jackets in El Rastro market – look the part for a night out in La Latina.

- This apartment is located on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. Work those legs.
