This is a beautiful 2nd floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle Nuñez de Arce, Madrid. It offers a beautiful open-plan living area, stylish furnishings, and a balcony for your morning coffee.

This apartment is perfect for a professional couple, or students. Locations don't get more central, and your adventure starts in Sol. Smokers allowed, but only on the balcony.

What we liked the most

  • Enjoying an afternoon drink on the balcony – that's the spot.
  • Walking to just about anywhere – your favourite bar on the corner and the city at your feet.
