Your apartment is trendy. Everything is new. One bedroom has a 1920s-style chandelier. The other has a direct view of the tree-lined riverside park.
We think this is a terrific location for active professionals. Jog along the river. There is a rollerskating rink next door. Cafés are everywhere.

This is a ground floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Calle San Armengol in Madrid. Furnishings are new. Bedrooms have flair. There’s a long balcony.
It’s ideal for energetic professionals. The neighborhood offers tons of activities. Enjoy riverside walks. There’s a rollerskating rink and gyms nearby.
What we liked the most
- Relaxing on the balcony – there’s nothing better than a great view.
- Feeling like a flapper – that’s what a 1920s’ chandelier does to you.
- Enjoying the riverside location – healthy jogs and romantic strolls.
