We think the apartment is perfect if you want to live in a central location and want modern amenities but want a property that has personality.

This is a 6th floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Plaza de Cascorro, Madrid. This is a charming apartment with modern amenities and a beautiful layout with archways and wooden beams.
It is perfect for you if you want to be in the heart of Madrid but have some separation from the busy city streets. Pet owner? You might be able to bring your furry friend with you. Just check with the landlord.

- Staying cool during the summer and warm and cozy during the winter.
