If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. - Please note that if you are staying for 6 months or less you are required to pay the full rental amount, including the deposit, upfront and within 48 hours from the moment you receive the payment link from the landlord and you also must sign a tenancy agreement with the landlord. This agreement includes a non-refund policy once the payment is made.
- Payment for security deposit and exit cleaning fee has to be made at least 24 hours before check-in day by credit card or bank transfer.
- Contract: you will need to sign a rental contract covering the period of your booking (before you move in)
- If the price shown for utility bills is exceeded, the extra amount will be deducted from your deposit
