This is a nice 1st floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de López de Hoyos, Madrid. It's modern, it's got plenty of space to study in, and it has every essential— all the makings of a perfect postgrad home.
The location is nice— nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and parks to enjoy. Excellent.
