Apartamento totalmente reformado, muy luminoso compuesto de un dormitorio independiente con armario empotrado de gran capacidad, salón amueblado con sofá, cocina completamente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y menaje, armario de gran almacenaje y baño también todo nuevo. Dispone de tarima flotante, bomba de frío - calor, puerta blindada , halógenos, persianas y ventanas de aluminio. Muy bien comunicado , muy cerca en metro de Sol y de la zona de los museos, con metro y autobuses en la puerta y cerca de RENFE y terminal de autobuses, facil a acceso en coche .
