Dispone de tarima flotante, bomba de frío - calor, puerta blindada , halogenos, persianas y ventanas de aluminio.
. Muy bien comunicado en plena albufera en la puerta varios autobuses, el nocturno y metro de nueva numancia. A pocos minutos el intercambiador de puente vallecas, de atocha ,de la Beata,del hospital Gregorio Marañón y univ Politécnica
