La zona es muy tranquila y segura, y dispone de múltiples opciones de ocio.
No se permite realizar ningún tipo de fiestas ni actividad que cause molestias. Violar estas normas supondrá la cancelación inmediata del contrato y la pérdida de la fianza y los importes pagados.
Los inquilinos deben presentar un Bank Statement adecuado, garantías firmes de pago o el pago total del contrato antes del inicio.
