You’ll love the spacious living room and kitchen. They're open-plan, and get lots of light. The decor is very cool too, with fashionable furnishings and art adorning the walls.
We think this apartment is great for anyone with a love for busy city living. It doesn't get much more central than this, with museums, theatres, bars and markets galore.

This is a beautiful 1st floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Calle del Espíritu Santo, Madrid. Enjoy a sunny open-plan kitchen and living room with balcony, plus 2 bathrooms.
We think this apartment is great for a group or even small family with a taste for city life. Malasaña is where it's at, with bars to try, museums to explore, and theatres to visit.
What we liked the most
- Inviting friends around for drinks and a movie — if it gets late, they can stay on the sofa bed.
- Soaking in the bathtub — with a bathroom for each room, you won't hold each other up.
- Exploring the city centre — grab a drink, then cruise through the nearby Museo del Romanticismo.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is on the 1st floor of the building, which doesn't have an elevator.
