To pay on move in
Your security deposit will be held by the landlord during your stay. It will be returned to you after you leave, minus the cost of any damages caused during the tenancy.
Type of contract
Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Example: if your contract term is 6 months, and you move in on the 10th January, you will pay a €90 admin fee (6 x €15) and the water and internet fee for January, before you move in. Then, before the beginning of February, you will pay the water and internet fee for February.
Breach of tenancy agreement: €600 penalty
Utility bills: €25 per month for water
Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: after 16:00 on the contract start date
Check-out: before 12:00 on the contract finish date
Additional day / night: €60
Rent: to be paid within the first 5 days of each month
Bills: to be paid in advance, within the first 5 days of each month
Final cleaning fee: a minimum fee of €60 will be deducted from your deposit (may be higher, depending upon the state of the property)

Get an answer in 24h or lessThe Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
