Will I like it here?
We think so. Let's see. It has a central, vibrant and well-connected location. This home, however, is cute and cosy which is refreshing to walk into after marching through a concrete jungle.

You will love this little living-kitchen area. It's simple, practical and comfortable. Seriously, it has plenty of seating space and looks out on to a lovely plaza.
We think that busy, young, single professionals will love it here. The location makes it convenient, and it's an easy place to slide right into.

- The living-kitchen area has a dining table and sofa which will be great for hosting.
- The property is bright and well lit throughout.
But you need to know this...
- The kitchen is not fully equipped and doesn't have an oven, so you will have to bring your own utensils.

- There is no A/C or balcony in the property, so it could get quite hot in summer.

This is a 1st floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Calle Del Conde Duque, Madrid. It is a practical and simple space with an amazing location that houses most of the essentials.
It is perfect for urban professionals. The centrality of the apartment means that your office will be easily reachable. How do we know that? There is lots of public transport near the apartment, and you can most likely even walk if your office is central.
What we liked the most
- Snoozing your alarm in the morning because the commute is so much easier now.
- Hosting friends in the living-kitchen area.
- Socialising at all the great establishments in the surrounding area.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no A/C in the property, so you will have to great creative in the summer months.
- The kitchen is not fully equipped and does not have an oven.
