We think it’s ideal if you're looking for a simple home base in a fun area. You're surrounded by beautiful parks (like the Parque de Pradolongo) and will find amazing bars and restaurants within walking distance.

This is a minimalist ground floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de Santoña, Madrid. It boasts a newly refurbished interior and crisp colour scheme, plus a loft level sleeping area for extra flexibility.
This property is ideal if you're looking for a trendy little spot out of the city hustle. You're an easy walk from the wide range of local shops, restaurants and cafés, and close to the huge Parque de Pradolongo.
What we liked the most
- Living in the height of modern minimalism — it's all about tidy living here.
- Using the loft as you like — whether you want to have guests, or an extra roommate, it's perfect.
- Exploring the Parque de Pradolongo — go for a run around the lake, or see the gardens.
