This is a 5th floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Calle de Cáceres, Madrid. It's a sweet, simple and chic property is a nice peaceful and tranquil part of the city. It's fully equipped and furnished with all the essentials, so it's ready and raring to go.
It is perfect for friends and roommates. Seriously, whether you work or study this place is great for sharing. The well connected location and great transport links mean that getting around Madrid is made easy wherever you work or study. Easy peasy!

- Curling up on the sofa and enjoying a film on the flat-screen TV after a long day.
- Chilling out on the terrace in the warm summer months.
