A very stylish apartment in a typical Madrid barrio and 20 minutes by Metro from Centro. The apartment is quite luminous and cosy, and it has a covered balcony. You'll find it in Carabanchel, a quiet residential neighbourhood with lots of green and local flavour. Parque de San Isidro, home to the infamous San Isidro celebrations, is just a 6-minute walk away.
Important: There's a room in the apartment that is locked and unavailable to tenants.
