This is a fantastic 1st floor apartment on Calle Del Conde De Romanones, Madrid. It boasts a small but comfortable living area and a breezy balcony close to pretty much every important landmark in the city.
This apartment is perfect for explorers. Want to see all of the city but don't know where to start? Set up camp in Centro and discover Madrid's irresistible charm one iconic sight at a time. It doesn't get any better than this.

PLUS BOOKINGS
- If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
