- The apartment must be delivered in the same general cleaning conditions as it was delivered, otherwise an extra cleaning of € 150 will be charged.
- If due to the behavior of any of the occupants of the apartment an altercation of public order occurs, the landlord reserves the right to vacate the apartment of all the occupants.
- Do not throw waste, garbage or any other object down the toilet
- It is not allowed to change any of the furniture in the house.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Tickets (arrival day) after 9:00 p.m. will have an additional charge of 35€. Entries after 24:00 hours will have an additional charge of 50€
