Apartamento totalmente reformado en pleno centro de Madrid, en el barrio de Sol. El corazón de la ciudad. Octava planta y última planta con ascensor. Interior a patio amplio, mucha luz. Edificio con conserje todos los días de la semana. Rodeado de tiendas, supermercados, sitios históricos como la Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Santa Ana, Gran Vía, etc. Muy bien comunicado con autobús, metro y tren cercanías. La estación de Sol está a sólo unos pasos.
El apartamento está totalmente reformado y equipado. Lavadora secadora, lavavajillas, frigorífico doble, placa de inducción, microondas, etc. Además tiene sofá cama doble.
