This beautiful apartment is in the district of Arganzuela, in the neighborhood of Delicias, it's just a few minutes away from the metro stop (L3), the Planetario, Madrid Río and several restaurants, stores, etc, you will find everything near your apartment. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, microwave, oven, sink and washing machine, it also has a dining table, a common area with a sofa and a TV for you to relax. Each of the bedrooms has a desk, chair, individual bed, wardrobe and lamps that light up the room.

Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
