No loud noises after 10 pm. -No parties or events allowed. -Please respect the house and the people who live in the building. -Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities. -You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Madrid aren’t soundproofed.
