After a long day of exploring the city, take the weight off your feet on the sofa and truly feel at home! The sofa even converts into a double sofa bed to accommodate extra guests. Move through to the kitchen and you’ll find an array of modern appliances and cooking implements you need to cook a delicious meal that you can serve to friends or family sat around the dining table.
The real highlights of the home are decorated and cosy interiors.
The master bedroom has a super comfortable double bed with fresh hotel-quality linens. There’s also ample storage and wardrobe space so you can fully unpack and settle in.
In the mornings, when you want to freshen up, just head through to the well-appointed bathroom, where you can enjoy an energising shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.
The property will be professionally cleaned before your stay.
-The flat capacity is for 4 people. No additional guests allowed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. -Please note there is no elevator in the building. There is a staircase for access. -Check-in time is at 3 pm or later. -Check out time is 11 am or earlier. -Please, no smoking inside the flat. -No pets allowed. -Please respect the neighbours. No loud noises after 10 pm. -No parties or events allowed. -Please respect the house and the people who live in the building. -Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities. -You may occasionally hear noise from neighbouring apartments, as most buildings in Madrid aren’t soundproofed.
