Es un apartamento ubicado en la quinta planta y cuenta con una habitación con cama doble, un baño, salón amplio, una habitación de estudio, una zona de comedor y cocina equipada e independiente con cocina, horno, microondas, vajilla, una lavadora. Incluye además juego de sábanas y toallas.

El piso está situado a escasos 5 minutos de una parada de bus por el que pasan las líneas 160 y 161 que te llevan hasta Moncloa. Si andas un poco más llegaras hasta la estación de Aravaca donde pasan Cercanías que te llevan hasta Príncipe Pío. La zona está rodeada de supermercados y farmacias además de todo tipo de comercio necesario para satisfacer cualquier necesidad.
