Quiet, residential area, traditional neighborhood full of green areas. Nearby universities.
You have green areas a few meters away to go for a walk or play sports. You have a large number of restaurants in the area and traditional supermarkets. The apartment is on the fourth floor, it is sunny and very bright.
An elevator will be installed soon, it is under construction.
