Nice furnished apartment recently renovated with luxury qualities in the fantastic residential area of El Viso. It consists of a very spacious bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom with a large shower and a spacious living room with a built-in wardrobe and a brand new integrated kitchen.
The area and location is unbeatable, almost on the corner with Principe de Vergara, next to the Cruz del Rayo metro, and very close to Avenida de America, Velázquez and Serrano. Very well connected with metro and buses to Sol, Goya etc.
Just a few minutes walk from the IE Business Institute.
Surrounded by supermarkets, health center, bars, restaurants, shops and gym.
The Auditorium and Berlin Park are 5 minutes away.
