Se alquila piso de obra nueva, es decir un edificio del año 2019 con calificación energética etiqueta B en calle silenciosa con excelente ubicación en la zona de Cuatro Caminos. Al entrar en el piso se encuentra un salón-comedor muy agradable con balconcito orientado al Este. El piso consta de dos habitaciones agradables. La cocina está muy bien equipada con electrodomésticos nuevos (vitrocerámica, frigorífico, lavadora, lavavajillas, horno y microondas). Tiene suelo radiante por agua (aerotermia), que sirve tanto de aire en verano como de calefacción.
