It consists of two bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for day-to-day life, a bathroom and a patio. Its location is excellent. It is located in a busy commercial area with all kinds of services and amenities. Very well connected and in a strategic area 500 meters from the metro line and close to Pirámides, an 18-minute walk to the main square of Madrid as well as several bus stops. For greater comfort, the house is close to the health center, several schools and many supermarkets. Easy access to the M-30.
