Se trata de un precioso piso perfecto para estudiantes y jóvenes profesionales, situado al lado del IE, completamente amueblado y amplia terraza, situado en una zona privilegiada de un edificio señorial como el barrio de Salamanca que es una zona muy segura de la ciudad.
Es un apartamento de una habitación, un baño, salón, una zona de comedor para cuatro personas y cocina equipada e independiente con cocina, horno, microondas, vajilla. Cuentan con armario amplio y mesa de estudio con lámpara, juego de sábanas y toallas.
El piso está localizado entre la Plaza de Gregorio Marañón, en el Paseo de la Castellana y la calle de Serrano, 2 de las calles más completas y conocidas de todo Madrid. A escasos metros está el IE Business School. Es una zona con muchos bares y restaurantes de calidad y el ambiente de la zona es ideal
