It is located in a quiet neighbourhood with all services; bars, banks, restaurants and supermarket within three minutes walking distance, among other establishments. Good communications: Metro three minutes walk Marqués de Vadillo, arrives directly to the main stations: La latina, Opera, Gran Via, among others. Madrid Rio Park, two minutes walking distance. San Isidro Park one minute walk. Madrid Rio shopping centre twenty minutes walk. Buses to five minutes that communicate directly to the centre, Sol, opera, Gran Vía, etc.
