Beautiful flat located next to Del Retiro and Atocha. Totally renovated and equipped. It has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a toilet and a complete bathroom. All the rooms have windows to the exterior, and the kitchen and the bathroom to the interior patio. It is ideal for couples, postgraduate students or professionals. Less than six minutes walking distance to supermarkets, chemists, cafes and bakeries. Perfect for living and sightseeing! A pleasant walk will take you to the Reina Sofia Museum, the Botanical Gardens and the Prado Museum. Nearby metro line one, train station and buses to places of interest.

Required documents: Letter of acceptance from the university/school/internship agreement of the person responsible for the contract and who will live in the house. For professionals: Work contract, the duration of the contract must be at least the same period as the reservation.
