Beautiful flat located next to Del Retiro and Atocha. Totally renovated and equipped. It has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a toilet and a complete bathroom. All the rooms have windows to the exterior, and the kitchen and the bathroom to the interior patio. It is ideal for couples, postgraduate students or professionals. Less than six minutes walking distance to supermarkets, chemists, cafes and bakeries. Perfect for living and sightseeing! A pleasant walk will take you to the Reina Sofia Museum, the Botanical Gardens and the Prado Museum. Nearby metro line one, train station and buses to places of interest.

For professionals: Work contract, the duration of the contract must be at least the same period as the reservation. For Spaniards: Work life. *In all cases* they must provide their current address, Copy of official identification (passport in the case of foreigners/NIF/residence permit/DN)) *of each* of the flat's inhabitants.

    Parties or mass gatherings are NOT allowed. We greatly appreciate the respect for the neighbours and the rules of coexistence of the community.

    How to book

    With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
    With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
    The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
    Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
    Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
    If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
