Welcome to this charming 3-bedroom apartment located in Castilla, Madrid. This tastefully furnished property comes with individual air conditioning units, a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven and dishwasher, and a comfortable private washing machine. The apartment's layout also includes a delightful balcony or terrace to enjoy. Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises.
Situated on the fabulous Paseo de la Castellana, the apartment is within close proximity to remarkable tourist attractions such as the Puerta de Europa and Plaza De Castilla. Dining options are abundant nearby, with establishments like Cafeteria Bahia Blanca and Café Bar J. Simón merely steps away. Additionally, Madrid Exposiciones y Centro Urbano is just a short walk from the property. Explore this well-connected neighborhood and make yourself at home.
What we liked the most
- The home was professionally decorated using furniture from Charles Eames and Le Corbusier.
- The living room is very large and has three different areas. One area with sofas and entertainment system, a dining area with a designer glass table and chairs, and an area with a full size French pool table.
- The large balcony has views of Paseo de la Castellana.
Things to keep in mind
- The exterior apartment is on the seventh floor, so it may get hot in the summer. However, there is an AC unit in the apartment
- Heating not included in the rent - pay to landlord 250€ per month on average
- The property features one full bathroom and one guest half-bath. The half-bath does not include a shower.
