The dining area is immediately past the kitchen, and has a breakfast table and two chairs, a shelving unit, and a corner table. The dining area is connected to the living area, with a flat screen TV facing the sofa and a large coffee table between them. There is also a large bookcase in the living area. Behind the sofa is a large window that faces out onto the street and lets in natural light.

After entering the home, to the left of the dining area is a small hallway that leads to the bedroom on the left, and a bathroom on the right. The bedroom has a large, four-door wardrobe, a double bed, a bedside table, shelves, and a window looking out onto the street. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and sink.

This cute and comfortable one-bedroom, one-bath flat has everything you need. It is located on the fifth floor with 50 square meters, and is set in the middle of Madrid's central Chamberi district, right next to the university district.

The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the Intercambiador de Moncloa metro stop, which has access to lines 3 and 6 of the metro and several bus lines. Line 6 takes you to Cuidad Universitaria in one stop. Also nearby is the Isla Filipinas metro with access to line 7, which is a direct line to IE Business School. Isla Filipinas is three stops from the Gregorio Marañón metro stop, or four stops to Avenida de America.
