Neighborhood information

This is a quiet residential area that is well communicated to the city center. As you near the Cuatro Caminos plaza you'll find plenty of commercial activity, with many fast food restaurants, neighborhood shops and bars. One of the greatest assets of this neighborhood is the Parque de Tercer Depósito, colloquially known as Parque Santander. Its 12 hectares have been divided into two large areas. One of them, dedicated to leisure activities, features pedestrian pathways, a pond, wooden benches and swings for children. The sports area includes a 1.5 kilometer running circuit, eight indoor paddle tennis courts, long and short golf practice ranges, and two football fields (one full size, and one 7-a-side field).

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen has a large refrigerator, oven, and an electric stove
  • The living room has plenty of light coming through and plenty of lounge space; there’s also a separate dining area
  • Both of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms
