This interior one-bedroom, one-bathroom attic loft apartment is located on Calle de Madera in Malasaña, one of Madrid's most vibrant (and one of the world's most hipster), neighborhoods. At 120 m2, it's an apartment with a lot of space in a very popular neighborhood, perfect for professionals and students who want a unique, intimate design-oriented space in the heart of an area bursting with nightlife, design and culture.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has exposed wooden beams all throughout, especially in the ceiling. The natural construction of the building allows for a natural separation of the various sitting areas in the living room!
- The apartment has a fireplace, something that's not all too common here in Madrid!
- The kitchen has an oven, another amenity that's not too typical in Madrid homes
- There is a separate dining room from the living room
- The master bedroom has an additional bath and sink besides the apartment's main bathroom
Things to keep in mind
If your booking is shorter than 2 months, the security deposit will be only 150€, if not, it'll be the one established in the listing!
