Located on the top floor of the building, it's a spacious, quiet apartment in the midst of the city's hustling and bustling hipster paradise. The total floor area is 110 sqm.


This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building which has an elevator and a doorman working on-site. The apartment has electrical heaters and electrical water heating. Rent includes sheets and taxes, but WiFi, gas, electric, and water are NOT INCLUDED. A cleaning service is not included in the price of rent.The minimum lease for this apartment is 90 days (3 months).

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has exposed wooden beams all throughout, giving it a unique loft feel
  • There is a closet in the hallway, allowing for extra storage for the occupant of the smaller bedroom or to store coats, luggage, and other bulky items. In addition there's a lot of storage space built into the interior
  • The apartment has a fireplace, something that's not all too common here in Madrid!
  • The kitchen has a dishwasher, a not-too-common amenity in apartments in Madrid. It's perfect for people who don't like to wash their dishes by hand
  • The master bedroom has a walk-in closet!!!!

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only one bathroom in this apartment that's located off of the larger bedroom
  • Utilities (water, gas, electric, and WiFi) are NOT included in the price of rent
