The three-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is located on Calle Rafael de Riego in the Atocha/Delicias area of Madrid’s Arganzuela district, just a quick walk from the Puerta de Atocha station, making it excellent for those needing to travel to the suburbs on Cercanías and for weekend escapes on the AVE and other Media and Larga Distancia trains. The apartment is ideally located near the Museo Reina Sofía, Lavapiés, and other key sections of the center of Madrid. This is a perfect rental for a group of friends! What we liked the most

  • Pets are permitted in this apartment!!!! Perfect for those coming with an animal companion
  • The kitchen has an oven, something that is not typically found in Madrid apartments!
  • The apartment has an LED TV with Wi-Fi connection, so you can watch movies with your roommates.
  • The bathroom has a special storage compartment above; perfect to store your luggage.
  • The living room has a balcony with a street view (and of Atocha) as well as a spacious living/dining area, perfect for entertaining!
  • There is also a fireplace in the apartment. Decorative purposes only!
  • There are two bedrooms with double beds and one with a single bed
  • There are two mobile A/C units (ventilators) to keep tenants nice and cool during the summer.
