You may dry your clothe son an individual drying rack inside the apartment or on ropes in the interior patio. The apartment has individual electrical heating and electrical water heating. You may also choose to pay an extra €50 per month for twice-monthly cleaning service. Rent may be paid in either cash or via bank transfer. A minimum lease of 90 days (3 months) is required for this apartment.
