This one-bedroom, one-bathroom interior apartment is located on Calle Marqués de Santa Ana in the Malasaña neighborhood of Madrid, one of Madrid's most vibrant (and one of the world's most hipster) neighborhoods.
In addition to being in the heart of Malasaña, the apartment is within walking distance of the best of Madrid's historical center, making it perfect for those wanting the best of Malasaña and the center of the city at your fingertips. The apartment is also right off of Calle Pez, a big thoroughfare in Malasaña with plenty of unique shops as well as tons of bars and restaurants to whet your appetite.
What we liked the most
- Everything in the apartment is brand-new, with modern furniture and crisp white paint
- There is a separate boudoir to store all of your clothes with a huge closet and two shelving units
- The living/dining area is huge with separate areas for lounging, dining, and entertaining
- The open kitchen is beautiful with the appliances being brand-new
Things to keep in mind
- The door is shared with another apartment, meaning that you don’t have an exclusive private doorway
- There's no oven nor dishwasher in the kitchen
