This 1-bedroom exterior apartment is located on Calle Benicassim in the Puerta del Ángel neighborhood of Madrid. Located on the western bank of the Manzanares River, this neighborhood has easy access to the Madrid Río Park and the Casa de Campo, the city’s biggest park that boasts a number of amenities, including a lake, amusement park, and zoo. This apartment is ideal for those studying at Ciudad Universitaria due to its quick and easy Metro access from the building. The area of this apartment is 30 m2.
What we liked the most
- There’s an open kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and oven.
- The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of space to store clothes.
- The living room has a table for eating or studying.
- A heat pump and AC have been installed.
Things to keep in mind
- The washing machine is located in the bathroom (this is commonly found in kitchens in Spanish homes).
- There is a brand-new sofa in the living room, but it is not a sofa-bed as shown in the video.
