El piso tiene un pequeño patio privado, cocina americana totalmente equipada, un baño y dos dormitorios. Es un semisótano interior que está aislado del ruido y tiene muy buena temperatura, tanto en invierno como en verano.
El alojamiento dispone de una cama doble y otra individual (en el caso de que sean cuatro personas, disponemos de otro colchón), horno, microondas, cafetera, lavavajillas y lavadora de ropa.
Está ubicado en un edificio antiguo, sin ascensor, pero las instalaciones del piso son completamente nuevas y el interior recién reformado completamente.
El barrio es humilde pero muy familiar y seguro. A media hora de Sol.
