Muy silencioso y tranquilo, a pesar de estar en pleno barrio de La Latina y en pleno Rastro. Tiene los medios de transportes, autobuses y metro, a pocos pasos y todos los servicios fundamentales: las pequeñas tiendas de barrio, los grandes súper, el mercado municipal de La Cebada…Muchísimas son los bares, los restaurantes, las antiguas tabernas así come las terrazas al aire libres.
